5210 Jefferson is a countywide initiative to increase physical activity and healthy eating to reduce chronic disease in Jefferson County. Throughout Jefferson County people are hearing about 5210 in their work, school, health care, childcare, and community settings. The 5210 behaviors are based on science and recommended by the medical community to promote good health.


5210 Jefferson is working to implement 5-2-1-0 in homes, schools, workplaces, and healthcare and childcare settings. This broad approach makes it easier for all ages to adopt it, wherever they live, learn, work, or play.
